Job details
Job Specifications:
- 6 months – 1 year experience is required in flight bookings/travel agencies
- Proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
- Knowledge about Global Distribution system (GDS) is preferred
Job Description:
- Responding to customers requests and queries
- Maintaining records of customer interactions, transaction and complaints
- Flight bookings/cancellations
- Handling softwares like GDS systems (Sabre/Abacus or anyother )for maintaining flight reservations, cancellations
- Provide customers with a market competitive flight experience (from registrations to bookings to issuing tickets)
