The services are provided in 10 common operational areas in the locations: Damasak, Dikwa, Gwoza, Damaturu, Yola, Maiduguri, Bama, Monguno, Ngala and Banki. 3. Conduct assessments, formulate recommendations, prepare budget proposals, write technical documentation, and manage Internet Service projects.

• Has assisted in the development of IT governance strategies, policies and system architecture in the field.
• Has acted in IT advisory capacity to Country/Sub Office leadership.
• Has participated in the negotiation, evaluation and management of IT contracts with service providers at HQ and field office.
